Chalsey Falk originates from good ol' Fargo, North Dakota. She attended college at the University of Wisconsin-Stout. It was there that she began to form connections with some of the best faculty in the Midwest and an engaged community of designers. December of 2015, she graduated from the School of Art & Design leaving with a BFA in Graphic Design & Interactive Media with a Spanish Minor.
As a designer, she is a hands on worker, with a process that starts with researching and writing. She is fascinated with the ins, outs, ups and downs of project processes. Some of her greatest influences are to spread positive change, human-centered design and results driven solutions.
Chalsey is also a proud volunteer through AIGA, the national community for design, serving on various committees: AIGA San Diego, AIGA Minnesota, Design for Good, Portfolio 1-on-1, Sustainability and the Chapter at UW-Stout. In addition to working full-time and volunteering for AIGA, she is also the co-founder of Beard and Blonde, a boutique studio specializing in photography and design for small businesses.
